Healthy vigorous prosperous strength
she feels better always she likes the way she is
how? priorities

know what makes you happy.
fight for it
talking
thinking about it
being shy about it does nothing.
take risks
always no regrets
faith
strength prosperous vigorous healthy.

How much relies on a person also relies on their health

In a society where eating fast is common but being thin is idolized

what is right?

what to do?
Where, while some struggle in obesity others consume nothing

Where is my place?

What to do?

Where, halfway across the ocean or even just next door people go to bed hungry starving yet we waste more than could eat

how much is enough?

How much is too much?

What to do?

And inside, our bodies are not invincible instead, fragile

They are the only ones we have they need care too

Too much of one thing too little of something else how to cope with it

What to do?

And the media what do they promote?

Curvy women muscular guys both unnaturally thin and underfed

Who to listen to?

What to do?

We should think for our bodies

Health is important than fashion to live long and be healthy is Priority or should be for us

For forever changing mindsets

In this ever changing world.

Women of Thee

Abuse, harassment, cursing and sins
We try to hide the damage.
We find reasons to wear Long sleeved shirts in summertime, but smiles in a crowd.
We won't confess to the truth unless cornered and pinned with a backup plan.
We cover up the evidence for fear of something worse or more permanent or lack of strength to defend ourselves.
Sometimes, we feel defenseless.
A woman once said, "Never give a man the power of intimidation."
If they find ways around the rules. they play to our hearts.
They take our confidence without our consent, and they leave us in view of the world.
We shouldn't allow this treatment.
We are afraid to speak the happenings unless there are witnesses to these occurrences.
Violations of court agreements, rapings, beatings, and molestings.
They feel they have the right.
Women, don't let men take away your power.
We are Women of Thee and deserve the right to live our lives without being controlled by a man who believes he can
rule us.
We are our own people.

We have our own unity and pride.
Let us keep it.

Congratulations to all the poets and their work!
